About us
The Welfare Leisure Centre is home to a brand new sports bar offering a family friendly environment with affordable hot food every day, as well as homemade cakes with coffee

The centre also has a large gym, fitness room, outdoor pitches and changing rooms to cater for the community's fitness needs.
Pitches to hire
Our site has a 4G 2/3rd pitch, a 3G Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA), 2 Rugby pitches, 2 senior and 2 junior Football pitches which are all available for hire. We also offer changing room and shower facilities.

Boasting the only gym in town, as well as a fitness room for fitness classes including spin

The centre now has two rooms for community use, our meeting and training room, and youth and activities room which will hold a range of community activities
Sports Bar
The centre now has an excellent sports bar, open daily (pub hours) with both Sky and BT Sports to be enjoyed with a great selection of hot food served daily

The Sports Bar offers a friendly environment for all ages, served throughout the day and an excellent menu for adults and children alike, including stone baked pizza
